An old building but very functional. Great location where you can walk to the Bay business area where there are multiple coffee shops and restaurants. We had a lovely view over the canal and the pool. The pool and gym were great, and very under-utilised Our apartment was unserviced and we had virtually no contact with any other employees there. Generally a good building in a decent area.

Great view of the Bur Kalifa. The location is top notch and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Within a 10-minute walk you are at the Bur Kalifa, the fountain and the Dubai Mall. It was a wonderful stay in fantastic Dubai!

Perfect friendly and supportiv staff. I cannot emphasize this enough. The hotel is being marketet as a 5-Star hotel. Well, the general areas may be 4-star. The room does not deserve more than 3 stars. The bathroom is tiny and there is mould. The mattress is cheap.

The place was very nice. We stayed in a rented apartment so we didn’t really have any interaction with the hotel services but the people at the concierge were super friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient with only a 15 min walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Lime scooters don’t operate in this road but Tier and Kareem do so it’s super convenient to move around. Request for rooms facing the Marina when booking, as the views in the morning and during the night are second to none.

Breakfast was so delicious.The kitchen staff and receptionist are very polite and helpful.Moreover,rooms are very clean and comfy.The best thing about this hotel is that its location.View from the window is amazing.We are so excited to be here. I hope that we will be back soon.
